Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order at any time before delivery. If you wish to do so you can contact us by phone on +353 56 4441988 or by email to info@doylesw.ie.

We have a 14 day money back guarantee and will exchange or refund any products returned in their original condition with proof of purchase to your authorised dealer.

We offer a 30 day period from point of delivery during which time you are free to examine the goods received. If you are unhappy with your product for any reason you may return it providing it is boxed in its original packaging and unused. The cost of carriage will be deducted from any refund issued.

All returned products will be examined before any refund is issued. We reserve the right to refuse a refund and recover our costs in the event that a product is returned and found to have been misused in any way.
